The Appointment Generator will be responsible for making outbound calls to commercial businesses, identifying those considering a change in their janitorial service provider, and qualifying them based on our criteria. The goal is to schedule appointments for an in-person prospect site review with our sales team. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system will be a key part of this role.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. After the initial training period, this role can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to commercial businesses to introduce Method Cleaning Services and identify potential needs.
- Determine which businesses are considering switching cleaning providers.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Follow up with leads as needed to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions.
