The Director of Sales has direct oversight of the Sales and Marketing operation of the property. The DOS has responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Budget (P&L), developing strategic client relationships, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing sales market segmentation plans, and be involved with corporate/partnership meetings. The DOS is responsible for spearheading the sales objectives, supervision of the sales managers, and administrative staff. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and able to train and monitor sales production, work closely with revenue management, and establish standard of procedures (SOPs) for sales.

Experience and Education:
- Strong Sales Background 4 years required
- Previous 2 Years of Hotel Management desired
- Results driven, energetic, and focused
- Extended Stay Hotel experience highly preferred
Ongoing Tasks:
- Exceptional attention and adherence to ROOST’s KPIs, such as Revenue Goals, Guest Satisfaction/Reviews, and establishing effective sales standard of procedures (SOPs).
- Strategies will include market segmentation mix, pricing, direct sales, marketing, and maximizing profitability for the property.
- DOS will be accountable for the property performance, budget, forecast, and target goals.
- Hands on leadership of team.
- Recruit and optimize the sales staff by getting to know the team and their abilities, while mentoring and promoting ongoing personal development.
