Dishwasher Job Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Chef Team in keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Assist servers in proper rotation and polishing of glassware, silverware, and other service items
- Come to work prepared with appropriate tools, laundered and pressed uniform, correct shoes, and a good attitude
- Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Manage trash receptacles, sweep and mop floors

Required Experience:
- Knowledge of both classic and current food and beverage trends
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an upscale setting
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, carry 40 – 50 lb boxes / bins / trays
