FORTH Club is located in Atlanta’s hip and historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, between the Fourth Ward Park and the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail.
FORTH Club will offer wellness initiatives, striking design, food and drink options aplenty, with an emphasis on social connection to incredible group of Atlanta's creators and innovators. The social club members will also have access to our fitness center with workout classes, a luxury spa, and a 2,300-square-foot pool deck with lounge seating and cabanas.

Bartender Job Responsibilities:
- Provide our members with exceptional customer service
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
- Greet all guests that approach bar, even during off hours
- Strong, upbeat and positive personality
- Set up bar, prep product to match covers plus 5% over
- Provide guidance and clear instruction to barbacks on expectations and needs for the shift
- Include an element of staff education for every lineup
- Offer full service to guests at the bar, incorporating established service standards that guests in the dining room would expect
- Manage service well drinks and strive for a 4-minute ticket time
- Own and manage rotation of clean and polished glassware
- Properly handle cash and closing guest tabs
- Keep a clean and properly rotated bar, using older product before moving into fresh prep. Quality check all day old stock before using.
- Work clean, as all service areas are within full view of guests.
- During down time, checking off cleaning duties on weekly cleaning schedule
- On shift change, making sure to restock before clocking out
- At end of night, performing closing duties to completion
- Team oriented mentality
- Dependability
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of both classic and current food and beverage trends
- Minimum 3-4 years of bartending experience in an luxury setting
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
Working Conditions/Environment:
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
