Join the experience as we are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Houseperson at ROOST Apartment Hotel in Cleveland. As a Porter, you are responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to packages, storage room organization and bell duty services in a gracious and professional manner.
Job Description
- Back Alley/Trash Rooms: keep clear, breakdown boxes, and monitor our trash rooms/ bins
- Package Room: organize, collect trash, check and replenish supplies
- Receive, organize, notify and deliver packages for our residents/ guests
- Assist guest with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Monitor and maintain our entrance, lobby and mailroom
Requirements
- Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs. to transport carts, cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, etc.
- Ability to lift, balance and carry (with assistance) up to 100 lbs. to transport mattresses, inventory, equipment, etc.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods to clean and organize the guest rooms, spaces, storage, equipment, etc.
