About the Role:
As full-time Maintenance personnel at The Pinch Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working condition. You will be expected to perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and repairing equipment and appliances, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that the hotel's guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
- Painting experience
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt guests' experience
- Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with hotel standards and safety compliance
Skills:
As Maintenance personnel, you will be using your skills and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure that the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
