Strongest candidates will have a hospitality background, preferably front desk or housekeeping, or both, and experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any repair and maintenance issues.
- Analyze and report on rooms division performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores.
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
