Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Hotel Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to immerse oneself in the various facets of hotel operations, gaining practical experience and invaluable insights into the intricate workings of a world-class hospitality establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management: Assist in front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Guest Relations: Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to oversee room cleaning schedules, inventory management, and quality control to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Facilities Management: Assist in the maintenance of hotel facilities, including common areas, guest rooms, and amenities, to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications:
