Job Summary: Supports the activities and operations of the HR & Talent Management department by supporting the Company’s internal and external recruitment and employee programs.
Job Description:
- Works with Director of Talent Acquisition & Director of Human Resources to develop and execute recruiting strategies and department needs
- Manages the full life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, for a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Assist with pre-screening, recruiting, interviewing, assessment, and hiring of top-quality candidates for the organization
- Processes and reviews candidate background, reference checks and employee verifications
- Coordinates production of new hire onboarding, new hire announcements & employee engagement initiatives
- Manages Equal Employment Opportunity activities including but not limited to tracking all external hiring and internal transfers/promotions
- Coordinates hiring process with job requisitions including but not limited to LinkedIn, Culinary Agents, Hcareers and active candidate sourcing
- Reviews, distributes and recommends resumes/applications to the appropriate department managers
- Coordinates with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs
- Prepares employment agreements, proposals and offer letters
- Plans and coordinates both internal and external job fairs; coordinates all logistics and resources needed to staff the job fairs
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Manages employee submission and tracking of resumes in the company’s database
- Coordinates programs to attract qualified candidates through the design and placement of position announcements, advertising and/or participation in job fairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Effective HR/Talent administration and people management skills
- ADP WorkforceNow experiences is preferred
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Full-time
- Light travel
