Job Overview
The Wellness Supervisor will oversee front desk operations for the fitness center, spa, locker rooms, and grab-and-go services. This role includes providing leadership to front desk staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring that all guest interactions are seamless and positive. The Wellness Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Fitness to provide training and guidance to team members, to enhance overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations at the fitness front desk, ensuring all procedures are followed and standards of service are met.
Greet and welcome guests to the gym, spa, and locker rooms, ensuring an inviting and relaxing environment.
Assist with check-in/check-out processes for gym and spa services, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
Handle guest inquiries related to fitness and wellness services, locker room amenities, and food/beverage options.
Oversee reservation systems for spa services, working closely with wellness staff to ensure smooth guest scheduling.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front desk areas, ensuring they meet luxury standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
Report any concerns surrounding health, safety, and sanitation standards to management
When new initiatives and SOPs are rolled out by the Director of Fitness, you will work together to train team members and uphold standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
Previous leadership experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office, and point-of-sale systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of gym operations, spa services, and customer service best practices.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Flexibility and commitment to maintaining luxury standards of service.
Maintain composure under pressure while simultaneously delivering quality service.

Working Conditions/Environment
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
