Method Dental Lab, located in Draper, UT, specializes in creating high-tech dental restorations such as dental implants, crowns, and bridges. Our mission is to deliver top-notch customer experiences for dental practices through efficient, accurate, and personalized services. We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our company, ensuring seamless communication and service for our dental office clients.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, consistent communication, and proactive management.
- Act as an extension of the client’s team to address needs, resolve issues, and support their success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, dental labs, or relevant fields (experience in the dental industry is a plus, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing case workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to resolve customer issues through phone, chat, or email with a positive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and problem-solve on the fly.
- Previous experience in a dental lab or medical device industry is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour Depending on experience.
