As the Activities Director your day-to-day will be exhilarating and fast-paced. You'll be responsible for creating an atmosphere for residents, family, staff, and visitors that is welcoming, stimulating, nurturing, and engaging, through activity, entertainment, and person-centered programs in accordance with the overall mission and values of the Company.

Requirements for this Activity Director job
- To excel as our Activities Director, you must have an associate's degree from an accredited college or university; and one (1) year experience as an Activity Director; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a State Qualified (if required) Activities Director with six months previous experience working with individuals with dementia.
- Your deep understanding of implementing programs to provide cognitive, physical and social stimulation.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential for effective calendar and budget management.
- Your passion for daily interactions with a diverse range of individuals, particularly residents and guests, will drive exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are key to inspiring and managing a dedicated team.
