• To excel as the Health and Wellness Director/ED at Method HRM, you'll need a solid foundation in nursing, having graduated from an accredited school and holding a current nursing license in Texas (RN or LPN).
• With a minimum of two years in geriatric nursing and nursing administration experience, particularly in long-term care, you will bring invaluable expertise to our team.
• Proficiency in technology is essential; you should be comfortable managing resident care and tracking through various software systems.
• Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to connect effectively with all levels of management and staff, while your organizational prowess will ensure smooth operational flow.
• A knack for independent decision-making, along with a proactive approach to seeking innovative solutions, will set you apart.
