What does a HR Business Partner do?

As a new HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of our employee engagement initiatives, partnering with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives. Are you the HR Business Partner we're looking for?

• To excel as a Full-Time HR Business Partner, you will need a robust set of skills and qualifications that align with our dynamic company culture.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the senior living or healthcare sector.
• Your strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws will be crucial in navigating complex workplace scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you'll be engaging with diverse teams and fostering relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change is key to your success. Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software will support your operational tasks efficiently.
• If you hold a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, that's an added advantage, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field!
