Job Description - Dishwasher

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our Back of House team.

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities, include but are not limited to :

• Assist the Chef Team in keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
• Adhere to established service standards and protocols
• Assist servers in proper rotation and polishing of glassware, silverware, and other service items
• Come to work prepared with appropriate tools, laundered and pressed uniform, correct shoes, and a good attitude
• Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Manage trash receptacles, sweep and mop floors
