Our client, a leading D2C company, is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to join their NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy for key products across acquisition marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid social - as well as other online and offline channels (podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, etc.).
- Manage execution of campaigns, including creative development, asset development, ad operations, optimization, and results analysis.
- Lead end-to-end creative development process for paid social ads, including ideation, asset development, creative briefs, mockups, copy writing, and more.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Spearhead experimentation with creative strategies, audience targeting, and on-site growth tactics (e.g., landing page testing) to scale campaigns and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with the internal creative team, including video editors and
production teams to develop a robust pipeline of high-performing ad creative.
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inspire creative development and inform growth strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Leverage results to make data-driven creative recommendations and develop iterations to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with internal Tech and Data Science teams to support funnel optimization efforts and implement data-driven solutions.
- This role reports to a Director of Growth Marketing.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top university. Strong academic credentials are a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing at an agency or high-growth DTC company.
- Extensive experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments that require strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving.
- People management experience preferred, with the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
