What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the growth game for key products across acquisition channels. Paid social is your playground, but you’ll also get to flex your muscles across podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, and anything else that moves the needle.
- Run campaigns like a boss: from creative development to asset creation, ad ops, optimization, and everything in between.
- Lead the charge on creative: You’ll take ownership of the creative process for paid social ads, including brainstorming, asset creation, writing copy, and working with the team to bring your ideas to life.
- Collaborate with the crew: Work closely with video editors, designers, and production to build a pipeline of high-performing video ads that make people stop scrolling.
- Know your audience like no one else: Research consumers and competitors to uncover what’s working (and what’s not) so you can optimize our marketing creative.
- Own the numbers: You’ll keep a close eye on KPIs, track trends, analyze campaign results, and keep the team and leadership in the loop with clear, data-driven insights.
- Optimize for growth: Use what you learn to tweak and improve campaigns, refine strategies, and continue scaling to new heights.
- Lead revenue growth and innovation: Use your creative genius and marketing smarts to test new ideas, optimize landing pages, and keep driving performance.
- Work with our internal data nerds: Collaborate with the Tech and Data Science teams to support conversion rate and funnel optimization.
- Report to a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, and take the lead on executing our growth playbook.
- Education: You’ve got a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or something else that shows you’re smart and ready to take on the world. Strong academic creds are a must.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years in a fast-paced, highly analytical role (consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-pressure environment where problem-solving and data-driven decision-making are the name of the game).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and hit goals in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Experience in a dynamic setting where you need to pivot fast, adapt, and think strategically.
