define and execute data-driven, high-impact marketing programs that optimize acquisition funnels, drive repeat purchase behavior, and enhance customer loyalty.
What You Will Do
- Own the full lifecycle marketing strategy—from new customer onboarding to retention, engagement, and win-back campaigns.
- Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, and beyond) to increase retention and LTV.
- Optimize customer segmentation, journey mapping, and behavioral triggers to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
- Define and track key performance metrics (LTV, churn, retention, reactivation rates, CAC payback, etc.), ensuring constant iteration and improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize messaging, offers, and timing across all lifecycle touchpoints.
- Lead win-back and re-engagement strategies for churned customers using predictive analytics and targeted content.
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, CRM, or growth—ideally in DTC, telehealth or gaming.
- Proven track record of driving retention and LTV growth through lifecycle strategies.
- Deep expertise in email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and automation tools (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, etc.).
- Strong data and analytical skills, with experience in segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Passion for telehealth, skincare, and consumer wellness, with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable building from 0 to 1—you’re excited to scale a new brand and make a measurable impact.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills—able to work seamlessly across marketing, product, tech, and data teams.
