Location: EAA Grounds, Oshkosh, WIDates: July 21-27, 2025
Hours: Flexible shifts available; Core schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM (booth opens at 9 AM sharp); Sunday 9 AM - 4 PM (work anywhere from one to seven days of the event)
Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour for part-time shifts or $300 per day for full-time shifts (based on experience and role)

Method Seven is looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to represent our brand at EAA AirVenture 2025! As a Trade Show Sales Representative, you’ll engage with event attendees, educate them about Method Seven specialty aviation eyewear, and assist with sales in a fast-paced, exciting environment at the air show.
No experience is necessary, just bring a positive attitude, and we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of product sales in the booth on EAA grounds under general supervision
- Engage with attendees, educate them about our aviation eyewear, and assist with sales transactions
- Collect lead information from potential customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth space
- Assist with inventory management at the event
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to perform labor, lift up to 25 lbs., stand or sit for extended periods, bend, and work on irregular surfaces
- Comfortable working in changing environmental conditions, such as warm or cold temperatures, dirt, dust, odors, and elevated noise levels of the air show environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, during the event
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Aviation knowledge is a plus; pilot, flight attendant, or A&P background is highly desirable
