POSITION SUMMARY :
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site attendance in New York as needed for client sessions and project needs. The Senior Producer in Post-Production / Finishing will oversee and manage the color workflow on assigned projects, client relationships & internal personnel.
MAIN DUTIES :
The Producer, Senior will be responsible for artist and client management as well as project management in the post production and finishing. Artist and client management involves the management of the elements, schedules, budgets and workflow for artists, drive artist schedule and manage Colorist session time, face to face interaction with Colorists regarding sessions, new specs, and clientele, while acting as the main point of contact for clients, via e-mail, phone, in-person meetings. They will maintain effective communication with clients regarding deliverables and job status, including billing updates when workflow changes; work with coordinators to meet client needs, and e-mail prep guide, contact clients for specs and update all Work Order specs.

The ideal candidate must be an experienced producer, with core strengths in finishing in a post-production environment. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide updates. They will possess strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to challenges and have the ability to take ownership of both individual and team-based accountability toward results.
