We are looking for an Enterprise Agile & Product Operating Model leader to join our Product Strategy team. This role is designed for an experienced consultant and transformation leader who can bridge the gap between enterprise agility, modern product development practices, and business outcomes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing agile product operating models for large, complex organizations, ensuring that they are aligned with modern ways of working and delivering tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Agile Product Transformation: Support the design and implementation of agile product operating models for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and modern delivery practices.
- Agile & Lean Consulting: Work with product leaders, engineering teams, and executives to improve agility through tailored frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Process & Governance Optimization: Help design scalable structures, governance models, and funding strategies that enable high-performing product and engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted consultant to clients, engaging with leaders across product, technology, and business functions to align teams on modern product management approaches.
- Coaching & Capability Building: Work with cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, delivery speed, and product outcomes through agile best practices.
- Organizational Change Support: Assist in enterprise-wide adoption of modern ways of working, helping teams shift from project-based to product-based approaches.
- Consulting & Delivery Execution: Lead workshops, assessments, and training sessions, and contribute to project execution alongside client teams.
- Experience in agile transformations and product-centric operating models within enterprise environments.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and their practical application in large organizations.
- Strong product development knowledge, including lean product management, UX, and engineering collaboration.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment between business and technology teams.
- Prior experience working in a consulting firm or enterprise product team, helping organizations optimize their delivery models.
- Knowledge of organizational design, governance models, and funding strategies that support agile product development.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex environments and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Comfort with facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, telecom, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on background as a product manager, engineer, or designer, in addition to consulting experience.
- Certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ENT) are a plus.
