Requirements:
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Coach who will work at a senior coaching level. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and responsibilities:
Preferred certification: SPC6
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Must be able to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders while being a quick learner.
- Change Management Expertise: We are seeking a coach who can drive change in various product areas, while also working to develop and implement models and processes. Analytical thinking is key for this role.
- Key Focus Areas:
- Intake Process: Leading the rollout of the intake process across TTS.
- Prioritization: Helping prioritize business value and driving OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- OKR Coaching: Guiding the product teams in understanding and applying OKRs to translate into outcome-oriented working methods.
