Mandatory Skills: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation processes, and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, automated testing, and smooth deployments. Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Oversee containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement security best practices, including IAM, vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring. Monitor system performance, automate alerts, and improve incident response processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to align DevOps strategies with business objectives. Optimize costs and ensure efficient resource utilization in cloud environments. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging DevOps technologies to drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Containers & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic. Security & Compliance: Understanding of DevSecOps principles, IAM, and cloud security best practices. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer), Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD). Experience with serverless technologies and microservices architecture.
