Summary: Responsible for implementing and customizing solutions to meet specific needs of business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. This role involves configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 CE platform, providing training and support to users, and ensuring the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CE implementation experience
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant or similar role
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including but not limited to:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE development and customization tools, such as Power Platform, Power Automate and PowerApps.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C# and .NET for developing custom plugins and workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, and data modeling for data integration and migration tasks
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services for system integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with strong organization skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and processes
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs, including but not limited to:
- Developing and configuring custom workflows and plugins
- Designing and implementing entity relationships and business process flows
- Customizing forms, views, dashboards and reports
- Implementing security roles and business unit hierarchies
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement complex customizations and integrations
- Perform data migration tasks using tools like dataflows, data import wizard, SSIS, KingwaySoft, or Scribe.
- Integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications, utilizing APIs, web services and middleware
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals
- Provide end-user training and support
- Perform data migration and integration tasks
- Ensure quality and performance of solutions through rigorous testing and validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 CE related issues
- Stay up to date with latest developments and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
