About the Position
Methodical is looking for a lover of hospitality to join our Customer Experience team. This person will report to the Chief Experience Officer and work to provide world class service to our customers, provide thoughtful service to our community, and foster a healthy culture internally.
Customer Service
- Assist our online customers by responding to their questions, assisting with their subscriptions, responding to reviews, and helping meet their needs through email, reviews, social, and chat
- Provide an extra touch of welcome to our first-time customers through emails, handwritten notes, etc
- Provide white glove service to our most loyal customers
- Manage Methodical's online business pages, and online reviews, on sites such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc
- Ensure our website FAQs and customer information is up-to-date and accurate
