We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team. As a PICU Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive image of nursing.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
