Main Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients post-surgery, identifying their unique needs and developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes.
- Clinical Expertise and Collaboration: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and pain control, while maintaining open communication with families and caregivers.
- Patient Education and Support: Empathetically educate patients and their families on post-operative care instructions, providing guidance on managing symptoms, administering medications, and recognizing potential complications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a post-surgical setting
