Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Fremont Health. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical care skills, with the ability to float between ICU and Medical/Telemetry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans, utilizing advanced critical thinking skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong Cerner experience is highly preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Schedule Information:
This position offers approximately 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and three 12-hour night shifts every other week.
Unit Specific Information:
- Unit: Med-Surg ICU
- Common diagnoses/types of patients: CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, Diabetes, DKA, Weakness, Falls
- RNs required to titrate drips: Yes (ICU)
