Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team at Methodist Healthcare at Home. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients in their homes to provide personalized care and support their recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and independence.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and instruct patients/family/caregiver on exercises, appliances, and prosthetic devices.
- Prioritize caseload and coordinate staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Valid Drivers License
- Bachelor's Degree
