Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Methodist Healthcare System in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Performance Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
