Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. As a Hospice RN, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, recognizing standards of practice and establishing company policies and procedures
- Provides direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end of life care
- Works collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel as a Hospice RN, you should possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Current State RN License
