Are you a night owl looking for meaningful work? Do you have a heart for helping youth build better futures? Methodist Home for Children is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Awake Staff member to ensure the safety and well-being of youth in our Multipurpose Home in Winton, NC (Hertford County).

Multipurpose homes provide structured, therapeutic residential care for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Our evidence-based model interrupts the cycle of repeat offenses by equipping teens with the skills they need to make better choices, grow from mistakes, and develop a positive future.
What Does the Overnight Awake Staff Do?
As an Overnight Awake Staff member , you’ll be a vital presence in the home from 10 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 a.m., Friday and Saturday nights. Your role is to :
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff overnight.
- Monitor and respond to any needs, emergencies, or safety concerns.
- Be a positive role model by demonstrating patience, responsibility, and compassion.
