Multipurpose homes provide structured, therapeutic residential care for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Our evidence-based model interrupts the cycle of repeat offenses by equipping teens with the skills they need to make better choices, grow from mistakes, and develop a positive future.
What Does the Overnight Awake Staff Do?
As an Overnight Awake Staff member, you’ll be a vital presence in the home from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday nights. Your role is to:
✔ Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff overnight.
✔ Monitor and respond to any needs, emergencies, or safety concerns.
✔ Be a positive role model by demonstrating patience, responsibility, and compassion.
What’s the Schedule?
- Friday and Saturday nights, 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
What Do You Need to Qualify?
✔ Age 21 or older
✔ High School Diploma and experience working with youth or a related population
✔ Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
✔ Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
