Job Summary and Qualifications
- Perform physician-ordered diagnostic exams using computerized tomography (CT) systems
- Display knowledge of equipment usage, including power injectors, stereotactic biopsy equipment, and biopsy and drainage needles
- Schedule exams, track patients, and complete exams properly
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory of CT rooms, adhering to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Applied Science or equivalent
- Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from Texas Medical Board
- ARRT(R) certification with one year of experience in radiology at time of hire
