We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Operating Room to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
- Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience preferred.
- BSN and at least 3 years of healthcare experience highly desired.
