As a CNC, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring seamless transitions between departments, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Texas State or Compact State RN licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Med Tele/Ortho, PCU, or Medical Surgical acute care nursing hospital settings.
