We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Manager of Surgery OR to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest standards of care and be able to implement effective changes to improve patient outcomes. They will work collaboratively with administrators, physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to provide services that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that relate to the particular nursing specialty and integrate standards of care into unit operations/collaborative care paths that support the provision of services.
- Direct processes to assess, improve, and maintain the quality of patient care according to the hospital plan for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes.
A graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program, the ideal candidate will have at least three years of clinical acute care RN experience and a current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas.
