Job Summary :
Texas Transplant Physician Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support the Hepatology department.
Qualified Candidates :
- Acute care experience required
- Liver disease or chronic disease management is ideal, however, not required
- Works with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patients
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care as indicated for organ disease and transplant patients
