Job Description
The Registered Nurse Sepsis Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating sepsis services and protocols to ensure compliance with evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
- Coodinates sepsis services and protocols to ensure compliance with evidenced based practices.
- Develops and reviews policies and procedures in relation to sepsis care of patients.
- Participates in sepsis patient rounds to identify issues and evaluates solutions.
- Audits sepsis patients for compliance with the best practice bundle.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: BSN
- Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years critical care RN experience
- Mandatory: Current Texas RN license
- Prefer: CCRN
- Mandatory: Adult ER/ICU experience
