Provide expert technical support and knowledge for installation, patching, configuration, and updates to enterprise applications, Windows PC and Server Operating Systems and hardware, non-Windows Operating Systems and hardware, virtualization, databases, and other technologies. Maintain documented (e.g. Disaster Recovery) procedures for Windows Infrastructure. Collaborates and contributes with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems. May require on-call availability and may require working during non-business hours and on weekends. Works closely with other System Analyst and other technical resources to analyze and maintain applications and provide network administrative functions. What You Will Do
- Provides support to internal and external customers on site or remotely to analyze reported incidents or requests resulting in a completed request, successful repair or correction.
- Provides maintenance of existing hardware and software through established maintenance procedures.
- Provides expertise for other Enterprise System Administrators as needed for projects and to address issues.
- Participates in project planning, analysis, kick off and implementation.
- Develops and maintains proper departmental documentation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of team documentation.

- 7-9 years Server and storage hardware
- Exhibits strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to research, analyzes, and resolves problems effectively to meet established performance metrics.
- Ability to coordinate and implement projects and tasks.
- Demonstrated understanding of supporting a large number of devices in a complex and diverse environment.
- Ability to work closely with other technical resources to analyze, maintains, and administers enterprise systems and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in the highly specialized field of systems software and to master the understanding of complex computer hardware and software.
- Full technical knowledge of all phases of software analysis and programs.
- Advanced ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment regularly to resolve problems.
- There are no supervisory responsibilities assigned to this position. Provides guidance to Administrator Associates as required.
- Must be able to interpret equipment status indicators to determine appropriate operating condition. Indicators may include visual and/or auditory techniques or cues.
- Must occasionally use small hand tools and be able to manipulate small equipment components such as computer cables, screws, nuts, or other fastening devices as usually found on computer equipment.
- Will occasionally experience stressful working conditions due to tight project schedules and hardware/software problems.
- Subject to regular periods of repetitive hand motion in the operation of computer terminals or other equipment.
- The physical activities of this position may include crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Must have good balance and coordination.
- The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 40 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
- Must provide own transportation.
- Subject to call back at all times.
- The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
- The conditions to which the Associate will be subject in this position: The Associate is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
