What You Will Do
- Develops staffing schedules and assists with staffing on-site and staffing expectation as needed.
- Plans for, develops, and maintains a well–qualified, competent staff. Assists with the recruitment, orientation, and training of staff. Insures performance appraisals and competencies are performed in a timely manner.
- Provides daily supervision to clinical staff.
- Provides patient care as needed.
- Plans, develops, implements and maintains appropriate regulatory and corporate compliance activities. Implements and monitors quality assurance indicators for areas of supervision. Insures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including HIPPA, OSHA.
- Implements and monitors appropriate customer service activities. Implements corrective action plans as needed. Responds to customer service complaints and reports to management as needed.
- Promotes the flow of information by maintaining effective communication systems within and outside the department.
- Technical Degree or Diploma Nursing - LPN
- Technical Degree or Diploma Medical Assistant
- Technical Degree or Diploma Paramedic
- Associate's Degree Medical Technology
- Technical Degree or Diploma Limited Scope Radiology
- 3-5 years Healthcare or medical office environment required
- Supervisory or Management preferred
- Ability to understand and prepare written materials, such as financial indicators.
- Ability to communicate verbally with individuals including patients and their family members, Associates, management and physicians.
- Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of own and other’s workflow.

- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Must have good balance and coordination.
- The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently.
- The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
- Associate will have frequent patient contact with potential exposure to blood and body fluids.
