Certification Details
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- 36's 3x12 NIGHTS, various schedule (can be discussed during interview)
- Must have exp with 1:6-7 ratios
- Must have at least 2 yrs of MS exp with travel or 3 yrs exp with no travel
- Must live at least 100 miles from facility
- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed, please let us know if this is a deal breaker
- Must have TN or compact lic at time of submittal
- I9 required
- 2 forms of government issued ID (driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.)
- E-verify or Attestation for APN.
