Job Summary:
This role requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification desirable
- Minimum six months' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing, preferably in an acute care setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
