- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans
- Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification desirable
- Minimum six months' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing, preferably in an acute care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
