We are seeing a full-time Floor Technician.
This person will:
- Cleaning, vacuuming and extracting carpets for cleaning purposes
- Floor spot cleaning
- Assisting with making sure all trash bins are emptied.

- Must, after thorough on-the-job training, be able to demonstrate the correct us of chemical processes, supplies, protective gear and tools assigned.
- Working knowledge of the standard work and safety procedures of the Environmental Services Department and the campus
- Takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers
- Reports to work timely and completes assigned duty punctually, informing superiors as far in advance as possible when unable to arrive for or complete scheduled work.
- Maintains consistent, dependable attendance during schedules shifts of duty, so as to prevent interruption or service to residents and hardship upon fellow staff.
- Communicates professionally, respectfully and tactfully in all situations
