The Groundskeeper position maintains and cares for the grounds at the campus, cares for equipment, tools and outdoor furniture. The Groundskeeper is also responsible for general maintenance duties.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous lawn/landscaping work experience, horticulture experience is preferred
- Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers
- Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and tactfully in all situations
- Ability to perform a variety of changing duties
- Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal orders
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
- Must have reliable transportation
