MRCs Stevenson Oaks community is the newest senior living choice in Fort Worth with 172 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living units and 24 memory support suites offering an array of services, with a firm belief that growth is constant, despite age, the community is designed to inspire connection, joy and purpose throughout the aging process. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Work 12 hour shift from 6:30 AM - 6:30PM in memory support
- Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth
- Delivery of exceptional care in a community environment
- Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)
- Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life

- Four years experience in a memory support is preferred
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired
- Experience with an aging population
- Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
