MRC Mirador is home to Corpus Christi’s premier life plan community, offering a full continuum of services for seniors. Sitting on 17 acres with 122 independent living apartments, 44 assisted living units, 41 skilled nursing beds and 18 memory support suites, this beautiful community seeks a Senior Living Sales Counselor.
The Senior Living Sales Counselor must produce results and positively impact brand awareness, community reputation and occupancy. This position, a part of a two-person team for the community will play a key role in efforts to cultivate, nurture, and close prospects for our independent living, assisted living, and memory care in a manner that bolsters our reputation in the community.
Specific job responsibilities include targeted outreach to individual prospects, general community outreach, planning and conducting marketing events, education of prospects regarding senior living options, careful follow-up with prospects, and detailed recordkeeping of sales activities. With outstanding training and support from MRC’s corporate marketing team, this position will also oversee move-ins, to ensure they occur seamlessly and provide the new resident with the best possible experience upon arrival at the Community.
This role is well suited for someone who can successfully build relationships with potential residents, key influencers like adult children as well as referral sources like local business leaders and healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates will have a track record of demonstrated success in sales.
