- NIH Stroke Certification
- Must have at least 2 yrs ER exp with travel or 3 yrs ER exp without travel
- Must have TN or compact license
- Must live at least 100 miles from facility
- Large hospital & Level 1 trauma exp.
- 48 hours needed
- 2 years of ER experience with travel or 3 years without travel
- Tennessee or compact nursing license

- 2 forms of government issued ID (driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.)
