What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Technician position at MetierOne Inc.?
Job Responsibilities:
-Respond to requests to the Help Desk and complete service requests using a ticketing system
-Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software related PC and network issues
-Support Microsoft Active Directory
-Image computers for new hires and hardware refresh
-Escalate issues as needed to other support Engineers
-Document and maintenance procedures
-Experience with Conference Room support
-Experience with supporting Windows environment
-Documentation & training End Users
Qualifications & Experience:
-5 years of IT support experience
-Exceptional communication skills
-Experience in Microsoft Windows 10, 11
-Basic understanding of network issues
-Experience working with Windows 11 migration, Asset management, Cisco ( Jabber, VC, WebEx), MS Outlook, GlobalProtect VPN/RSA, Microsoft Office 2016 and other MS products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
