We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources as needed.
- Uphold Metis Counseling Group’s values by fostering a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment.
- Participate in case consultation and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Fully licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in NC. Associate-level clinicians (LCMHC-A, LCSW) considered with appropriate supervision.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and ability to provide trauma-informed, client-centered care.
- Technology: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is a plus.
